I HAVE FILLED THE FORM FOR IPUCET BUT DUE TO COVID I CANT APPEAR FOR THE EXAM SO CAN I ATTEND THE COUNCELLING FOR BED ADMISSION??

Hello Aspirant,

I do not think that you can appear for any councelling without appearing for the examination, because the councelling is based on the marks and the rank that you achieve in the examination and this decides which college you can get admission to.
