I have filled the wrong score of my PCM in jelet councelling which is unchangable,what should i do?

This is an urgent issue. Please call or mail the JELET conducting body at the phone number/email ID given on the website and state your problem. They will guide you. Also, you may speak with any seniors who were in the same position before you.
