i have forgotten my ignou my username and password but i have my control.number and after entering this i didnt get my username and password yet so kindly please help me out

Hi Aspirants,
You should contact the authorities through the helpline number available in the website or in the admit card.Only they can help you.Try to reach out to them and state the problems.They would surely help you.Be cautious from next time and always note down the password in some notebook as a precautionary measure.

I am facing the same problem, so please anyone kindly guide me what's the real solution to this problem as I had tried to communicate with ignou but there is no response.
