Dear Neha, use this link. Click on 'Forgot Username'. It will ask you for information like your Registered Email Id, Mobile number, Programme and Control number. So enter your email id and mobile no# and click on Search. From there it is self explanatory.

Check your Inbox for mails from IGNOU. It will have your Control Number.
