I have got 100.70 marks in Bsc Biology and the cut off is 124.... Is there is any chance to get addmission in main campus??

As you not mentioned your category here . we can not say that admission will happen or not . But according to your marks and rank there is the Chance of admission is very few. You can wait for 2nd or 3rd round counciling . But my suggestion apply some other college like DU and state university for B.Sc. biology.
