Even though if you belong to any category like sc , st, bc the chances of getting seat in that college is high for these category person's as you have mentioned IT branch in your query but when it comes to general category person it is bit difficult to get seat based on previous year cutoff ranks you might need to wait upto 2nd and 3rd round counselings but you will get seat atlast.

SVECW Bhimavaram was established in the year 2001and is approved by the All India Council for  Technical Education (AICTE). SVECW is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK)

As of 2017 data which is the last piece of official data available, the cutoff for IT was 18k.

For 208, it was around 16k.

Now you have not mentioned your category and I have mentioned the ranks of general category.
