I have got 30k rank in Manipal institute of technology and it is shown that the counselling will start tomorrow but till now I have not received any message regarding it when can I expect it if I am not knocked out

Hello student. Since that they have mentioned that the councelling details will be mentioned, they will definitely send you the details. If they are conduction batch wise counselling, then they would send details soon. If you are a bit doubtful, contact them through mail address which would be given in the website for queries
