According toyour marks and previous year cutoff of Hyderabad , you have no chance of getting government college in hydrebad region..
For government college, you must be score more than 500 for state quota..
But you can get good private medical college..
But for government college their is no chance either you are belonging from sc quota..
I'm really sorry to say this,but I'm sure you should get good private medical college in hydrabad..
