You haven't mentioned your category so assuming that you belong to general category then you cannot get government medical college but can get private college. The average fee for private medical colleges are 10 lakh to 15 lakh per annum depending on the institute.
But if you get seat under management quota in private college then your fee may range 40lakhs per anum.
But if you belong to sc/st category you can get government medical college.
