I have got 4199 rank in ap eamcet. Can I get CSE course in Andhra University and JNTU kakinada in any of the three rounds in ap eamcet counseling 2020?(I am BCD categorised boy)

With the rank you have got the probability of getting seat in CSE branch in both the colleges were very low but when you go other branches the chances of getting seat will be high and you can easily get the seat in those colleges when you choose other branches.
