Talking about the seat matrix first, there are 300 seats each in chandigarh campus and 60  each in other regional campus.

Now secondly ,pu prepares a provisional and final merit list ,in which marks obtained in the exam are added to others ( such as your graduation mark).

Both the parameters are given equal weightage.

Looking at your mark ,I believe your final score would be something around 59. With this score it would be difficult for you to land in the. Chandigarh campus in the first round of councelling .You can try for the same in the subsequent rounds of councelling. Talking about the regional centers then yes you can easily land in there.

As of now make sure that you keep yourself updated about all the necessary information about the councelling process.
