Dear Sir / Ma'm, with a score of 480, it seems quite impossible to get into any government medical college because the lowest cut-off for a government medical college was 510 in the year 2018 in the 85% state quota counselling. However, you may as well wait till the last round of counselling.
Hello,
Based on the cutoff of 2018 you need to score minimum marks of 520 to get admission for MBBS in Delhi government medical colleges.
But every year the cutoff will vary based on the difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc.
You can check the previous year cutoffs using the link below,

Hope this helps,
Thank you!

Hello aspirant,
Well delhi has always been a stiff one in case of neet cutoff. Last year the cut offs for government quota didn't go below 600 marks also in internal DU the cutoffs went to a minimum of 527. (for obc)
I'm very sorry to say but you won't be able to get admission in a government college in delhi with that score.
Thank you
