As per your mentioned score on 74.5 % it is difficult to get top institute in DU . Generally in order to get admission at delhi university for B.A. Hons english under general category the minimum percent require is above 90% respectively. You can chech DU cutoffs for B.A. English Hons from following link :

Your best four subjects marks are 74.5% and you belong to general category. Sorry to say but there are very less chances for you to get admission in a good college of DU.

Bcoz cut off for Eng. Hons. Never goes less than 85% for general category even for off campus colleges.

So, I would suggest you to either wait for 6-7 cut offs or you should consider any other college or university to avoid any risk with your admission.
