I'm sorry to say but it's very difficult to get a seat in DU for B.Com Prog or B.Com Hons with 79.50. Since, Delhi University is one the most elite colleges in India, the cut offs they release are generally very high.

The cut offs for B.Com hons starts from 97% and ends around 92-93%. You haven't mentioned about your category, the category students have a slight chance with that percentage. If you wish to take admission, you can try for the evening batches. For evening classes the cut offs are very low.

if you are A general category student it is not possible for you to get admission in Delhi University with this score. For admission in Delhi University in these courses atleast 85% is required. You percentage is very low as compared to it. So you might not get admission there.
