sorry to say but with 240 marks in neet 2019 your chances of getting a mbbs seat in government medical colleges of Tamil nadu is very very low or almost nil.
For obc candidates rank around 12000-14000 is accepted.

Scoring 85% percentage in higher secondary made you eligible to write NEET examination. But its NEET marks which will get you a college . With a score of 240 , you do not have any chance of getting a government seat . Further the cut off is going to increase this year. You can try for private college but the fees will be very high .
