Hi there!
Going by the last year cutoffs, it is unlikely for you to get a good college in the North or South campus in the first cutoff list. Most colleges keep their cutoffs for BSc Honours in Physics above 94% and by the time the second cutoff list comes, most of these seats are filled. Though, you have a good chance if you are from OBC or SC/ST category since their cutoffs are usually 2-7 percentage points less than the general category cutoffs.
But with 91% you can easily get into some of the off-campus colleges where the cutoffs are less. You can also wait for some of the later cutoff lists where the cutoff goes down or else some students withdraw their admissions and hence, some seats are left vacant. You can apply then and with your score you can easily get admission in some of the later cutoff lists.
All the best. Hope it helps.
