i have got a seat in round one ,but not freeze,now how to apply for next round,as it shows you are not allow to fill the choice,please.

After the seat has been allotted you can freeze it or wait for the next counseling, you will be able to apply for the next counseling once the counseling starts. You need to wait until then.
