I have got choice no. 6 IIT Roorkee Civil should i freeze it or float?

Dear student,
There are less chances of getting IIT Delhi or KGP in subsequent rounds.So i suggest you to freeze a seat in IIT Roorkee. You apply for Delhi and KGP in case you get a seat you can withdraw as well.

Last year closing rank for kgp was 699 and my rank is 666.... Is there any chance??

First round cutoff has gone 661 is there any chance
