first of all congratulate to u for scoring such a high score based on your score you can get any old IIT's i.e IIT kanpur,IIT Bombay,IIT Guwahati,IIT Roorkee.So look at previous year cut-off so that you get an idea which one is more suitable for u or can search the college from the given link
