i have got less than 75% in 12th cbse board 2019 so i am giving improvement exam 2020. so what i will write in jee main 2020 form 12th passed or 12th appearing ?

Since you have already appeared for class 12 boards in 2019 so you will have to select already appeared for class 12 option. You are giving improvement exam just to improve your score.
