Hello dear
With this rank ; there are very less chances to get CSE in good college if you are from general category.
You will get other core branches like electrical ; Mechanical ; electronic etc. as per the previous year details and cut offs.
And if you belong to a category student ; you will get CSE .
And fee for nit is generally near about 60-70 thousand per semester ( excluding food and hostel) .

You are elligible for JEE ADVANCE.With this rank you have chance of getting computer science engineering I'm home state nit.You will get core stream in other state NITs.You should focus on JEE ADVANCE PREPARATION.
