I have income certificate of TS but I wanted to do my btech in AP is this income certificate is valid in AP ? Do I get fee reimbursement AP?

Yes definitely I don't think so there will any issue regarding the income certificate from different state government but still you should confirm in your college in which you will be doing your btech so that there will be no issues regarding your income certificate and you can avail fee reimbursement. If they don't allow income certificate then try making income certificate in AP
