I have lived in West Bengal for 15 years, though not in a permanent residence, i had shifted twice. Can i be West Bengal domicile?

Hey Charula,
You must have the valid domicile certificate, for taking admission into the colleges or Universities. And if you have completed your class 12th or qualifying examination for the course you want to take admission in from west bengal, then that would help too. All the best!

Hi Chaulata!!! I would like to inform you that you have good chances of getting the domicile certificate provided you have a good rapport with your local councillor and have proof of birth and staying here for 15 years then you can easily get it. Wish you all the best.
