i have lost my tc and cc. so can I submit duplicate TC and CC in delhi university ?

Hello,
In case you lost your Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate, you can submit a duplicate certificate in DU, however, the certificates must be stamped by the institution last attended stating that the details are authenticated.
Or, you can reapply for the same from your institution last attended.
