Vaishali, not mentioning name and date on the photo is not one of the reasons why your application should be rejected. Even if your photo doesn't have name and date on it, but follows other dimensions and clarity of the face, etc, NTA will consider the uploaded images to be falling within its guidelines and in such case you will not receive any notification regarding changing of the photographs. Without notification, you cannot change the uploaded images.
