i have my father surname as rajput in both my 10 and 12th marksheet. but he has kumar in all his documents and in my adhar card and obc certificate. I m thinking of getting my passport done as well as getting admission in medical uni. does this create any problem during counselling what shuld i do?

I don't think you'll have any problem during counselling but in case you have any sort of such problems you should provide clear certificates that verifies your identification. Coz documents are very necessary for varification.
