I have not been able to score good marks in pcbm.i.e 75.8% does it mean i will not get admission in any college?

Iam confused between entrances into medical colleges and DU even if I don't score well in medical emtrances is their a chance I'll be able to get admission in bachelor of science with 79% in my best of 4?
