I have not opted for deemed University in the first round, can I opt for it in the second round of mcc counselling?

Hey aspirant,
Yes, you sure can. That is what counselling is for, you get not one but repeated chances to decide which college you want to be in. Even if you feel you have not ade the correct choice at first, you still can go for the second round and see which other colleges you would like to apply for. That is purpose of it.

Hello Belagal, No, you can't make any changes to the choices you made at the beginning of the 1st round of counseling. You can neither change the order of your preference, neither can you add/remove any college from the list. You will only be allocated seat from the colleges that you had locked earlier in the 1st round.
