I have not passed 12th but I have completed 3 year of diploma after 10th how I can get diploma equivalent to 12th certificate in cg board.

If you have a Diploma certificate then it is the equivalent for the 12th certificate. You didn't have to issue any other certificate. Now class 12th student have a more diverse level of options available, where as for Diploma students you are only eligible for the specific genre of course corresponding to your diploma.

I am from Chhattisgarh I want to know that I passed diploma in mechanical engineering from MATS UNIVERSITY IN 2017 so It is equivalent of12.
