I have not taken CS subject in my class 12 . If I will take Bsc Computer Science, then they will teach from basics ?

In general, it depends on the college that through which university it is affiliated to, every university has its own syllabus. They try to cover all those basics in their syllabus. But you also have to put efforts by learning programming languages side by side on your own.
Before starting to go college you must have a look on the syllabus and check out what else should I learn parallely so I can up-to-date with the people. This is how you choose programming languages and learn, also you can ask doubts with teachers they'll definitely help you.
