The authorities you mentioned above are approved by JEE. In the pandemic situation digitally signed documents are valid. Make sure you abide by the rules laid by JEE i.e issued on or after April 2021 and should be in the prescribed format only. Since JEE registration is over my answer is directed towards Josaa counselling. Make a mental note to take all the original documents with you in hard copy for the counselling.
