I have one original and one improve marksheet with four subject in class 12th. Will iim will not consider my improved Mark's?

Improvement marksheet is also valid and you can submit the marksheet in the IIM. For the admission purposes, if all the subjects mentioned in the eligibility criteria are present in your improvement marksheet, you can submit it otherwise you need to submit both of your marksheets the previous as well as the improvement marksheet. The marks of the subjects in which you have not appeared for improvement will be considered from the previous marksheet and for the subjects in which you have given improvement examination, it will be considered.
