i have paid my initial payment for tnea counseling on 27:09:2021... but still the status shows in progress but money has not been deducted ... can i make tha next payment?

Take a bank statement through online. If the amount is deducted please conduct the nearby or your preferred TFC center at live or through the helpline number.
If the amount is not deducted please inform the TFC center about your inconvenience and proceed with the payment. Because it shows that In Process , so be careful with the payment process.

Ofcourse you can make the payment again if the amount has not been deducted from your bank account. And next time while doing payment ensure that your system is connected to a good internet connection.
