You should write there as state of eligibility from where you passed 12th.

You can visit www.jeemain.ac.in , and download pdf from frequently asked questions. Best of luck Aashif bhai.

Hi,

See mention the state you are presently living in. Ut means the state you are residing in. Thats it  . You need to fill all the details that are presently in use. All the best!
