Yes you are eligible for KVPY examination 2021.The eligibility criteria is minimum 60% marks in class 12 and class 10 marks also counts. You should have minimum 75% marks in class 10.
The application is done online and it closes on 30th October 2020. The KVPY examination is supposed to be conducted on January 31 2021.

Since you have passed your class 12th so you will be giving the kvpy exam under. SB Category (which is for bsc first year students ) so for that you need to have 60% aggregate marks in your class 12th from science stream .No your 10th percentage doesn't matter for kvpy and you seems to be eligible .However go through this article to know more about the eligibility criteria
