You will be eligible for only that state quota counselling for which you are domiciled.
Also you can get benifit of participating in that state quota counsellimg from where you have done your class 11 th and class 12th.

The eligibility for the 85% quota seats of the states are mentioned below:
Candidates must have completed/appearing his/her 10th and 12th from the state.
Candidate must possess a valid domicile in the state.
Candidate should possess a residency proof of the state.
As long as you have a valid domicile certificate for the state and complete your 12th from the State, you will be elligible for the 85% State Quota Counseling for Maharashtra.
