Dear aspirant,

Considering your education and reservation, you should go with Uttarakhand as your home state. Considering your home state of reservation, go with Uttarakhand as your home state. Your Domicile certificate is the main criteria as well as your OBC certificate is in Uttarakhand. If your parents live there and do their job there ; there's nothing to be worried about.

Ruchika Lingwal permanent address is where your parents live permanently i.e, your home state address. correspondence address is the place where you all have lived for a shorter while. In case there is no correspondence address, you can choose your permanent address same as correspondence address.
