I have passed my 12th in 2014 and given improvement in 2015. I am going to fill CTET. Which certificate should I give?

It is advised to show the 2015 one as thats the final marksheet after improvement . In case they query you about the year mishaps, answer them honestly and if they ask your primary marksheet keep it ready with yourself.
