This is because,

You have already passed 12th in 2021 with pcb and now going to appear for only maths as a  additional subject but to be eligible you should have passed it as a mandatory subject in your 12th board examination itself.

--------) Qualification required :- to be eligible  for JEE mains you need 10+2/equivalent qualification.

--------) Passing year :- one is eligible for JEE main examination for consecutive three years starting from the year of appearing for 12th /equivalent examination i. e to be eligible  for JEE mains 2022 you should be either appearing for 12th board exam or equivalent  in 2021 or should have passed it in 2020 or 2019

--------) There is no age limit to be eligible

--------) there is no minimum percentage requirement to be eligible for JEE Main.

But yes,

To be eligible for NITs, IIITs, CFTIs one needs at least 75% marks in class 12th if belongs to General or OBC category  or at least 65% marks in class 12th if belongs to Sc or St category. For this year i. e 2021 this minimum percentage requirement of 75% - 65 % has been lifted off.

See as per the current eligibility criteria which was used for JEE-Main 2021 one should have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject, so according to this you are not eligible for JEE-Main 2022 . Current eligibility criteria for JEE-Main 2021 is described in few lines below :-

1--- Age criteria :- There is no age limit to appear in JEE-Main but note that there might be the age limit in any particular institution taking admission through JEE-Main score, so you should keep this thing in mind.

2--- Qualifying Examination :- To be eligible for JEE-Main one should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject from any of the recognized central or state board.

3--- Year of qualification :- For JEE-Main 2022 only those candidates who have passed Class 12 / equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 or 2022; or those who would be appearing in Class 12th / equivalent examination in 2022, will be eligible to appear.
