I have placed application for mtech under general category in iit delhi but now I have obc ncl certificate so can I place another appln?

In my opinion I do not think it is possible to put two applications under a single name. You can request for amendments/ update in submitted data by the authorities. I suggest you contact the admin for much clearer options on this issue. There might be few new options for the same or even an exception.
