I have Qualified In GATE 2021 With only just pass marks. And now I'm Going To Take GATE 2022 exam if I Fail in 2022 Will GATE 2021 Will be loose or What ????

Congratulations for qualifying the GATE 2021 Examination. If you have qualified GATE 2021 examination then I would like to tell you that the GATE result is valid for 3 years. So even if you attempt the GATE next year and you couldn't qualify it, it should not be a problem.
