Hello,

You have passed your 12th in 2021 means your results are out right.

You have to choose code 2 because it is for candidates who have passed their 12th with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and english.

Please choose code 2 if you're passed your 12th and your result is out before filling the form.
