Well, with regards to the marks that you have scored, I am sorry to say that your chance of getting into Government Law COLLEGE Mumbai seems to be negligible, In the light of trends the Government Law College opens up admissions for SC category at around 129-96, since your marks are far less, you can not get into the college.
