Sorry to say that the marks you have scored are very low to get a seat in government medical or dental college, especially if you belong to general category
.
But with the score you can get a seat in private medical college/dental college under management quota.
However, nothing can be said with absolute certainty until the counselling procedure begin. Please wait patiently for the counselling procedures to begin.

If you are from general category you are not qualified for neet as you neet minimum 119 just to qualify and if you have reservation and you qualified neet still tou can't get government college for bds with such a score.

You are qualified but still you scored very less so you have no chances to get a government college.

Sorry to say but on the basis of your marks chances are less for getting admission in government BDS college.
For getting admission in government BDS college you need to score approximately 500 marks.
