NTSE Qualifying Cutoff for General/OBC category is 40% (80 marks out of 200 marks) and for other reserved categories it is 32% (64 marks out of 200 marks).
Your score is fair enough to qualify the exam but selection for the NTSE Stage 2 will depend on the NTSE Maharashtra 2019 cutoff. Cutoff will be released along with the result.
Also, it should be noted that this year cutoff is expected to show much change due to change in the exam pattern.
However, you can go through the previous year cutoff for reference
