Generally AIQ cutoffs are higher than state cut-offs, with you given marks and rank it's not possible to secure a GMC seat even with reservation quota, as per the previous year data the cut-offs are quite high, and this year there are greater chances of increasing cut-offs, from your profile it seems you belong to Kerala, even through state quota for SC Category the chances are tough for GMC, you should consider other options of private colleges or deemed university regarding this.
Cutoffs vary every year based on multiple factors such as seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.
