Zahid, Father Muller's Medical College is a Minority Medical College. It is a Private Medical College and conducts admissions based on Govt. Quota, Management Quota and NRI Quota following General, OBC,SC,ST Category reservations. In 2019, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 470
OBC:462
SC: 345
ST: 435
Now this is for Govt. Quota and with a score of 400, you might not get a seat under Government Quota and so you might have to try under Management Quota. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. It is quite difficult to get the government medical seat from all india quota at your marks. But as students who have scored quite good like 560+ can get the government medical seat from your state level councelling.
With 400 marks in neet at state level also it is difficult to get the medical seat.
