I have scored 431 marks and my AIR is 99649. I belong to OBC category and I belong to Karnataka.Is there any possibility of getting a seat

Congrats for your marks. You have more chances in most of the government medical colleges of Karnataka to get a seat. Every year cut off marks will vary but for your marks, you have more chances.
So apply and select based on your interest.
