The amount of reserved seats in each NIT are very less and for particularly OBC that percentage reduces even more ,so there is a less chance.But try another college.cheers!

You may try with non core branches combination to get into NITs

You should take admission into good government college such as gndu(guru Nanak  dev university)b.tech from gndu as well as all other  good engineering colleges you can go there also

You can choose good private university such as Thapar university Patiala etc.

No you cannot get any NITs at this rank. Try for GFTIs. Or give jee again next year. All the best.
