You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 479

OBC-A: 478

OBC-B: 474

SC: 349

ST: 183

It is a close call if you belong to General and OBC-A Categories. But with OBC-B, you have a slight chance and you have fair chances if you belong to SC,ST categories. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
